Summary: We are looking for a Test Data Management (TDM) Specialist to design and optimize data solutions for secure software testing environments. The candidate should have hands-on experience with TDM tool integration and scripting, focusing on compliance and performance. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing data-related configurations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient data handling processes aligned with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end TDM solution design from ideation through deployment across complex enterprise systems.
- Integrate custom TDM tools with internal platforms using scripting languages and APIs.
- Implement data masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, and data mining strategies to support QA and DevOps teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define TDM requirements, architecture, and execution roadmaps.
- Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries including joins, CTEs, unions, nested queries, and performance-tuned procedures.
- Ensure secure and compliant data handling processes in alignment with enterprise policies and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Work closely with infrastructure teams to manage data-related configurations including servers, firewalls, ports, and secure data pipelines.
- Evaluate, recommend, and potentially implement TDM tools including Delphix (nice to have).
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with custom TDM tool integrations and automation via scripting (Python, Shell, or PowerShell).
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Data Masking, Synthetic Data Generation, and Data Mining techniques.
- Advanced SQL skills capable of writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and building reusable scripts.
- Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure including network configurations, server management, and firewalls.
- Experience designing scalable and reusable TDM frameworks and processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments.
