Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive test architecture and frameworks for web-based and .NET applications.

- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and clients to ensure requirements are well understood and validated.
- Lead test automation initiatives using modern tools, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers, presenting quality metrics and guiding testing strategy for enterprise deployments.
- Mentor and guide QA teams in adopting robust testing practices.
Key Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in software testing with at least 3+ years as a Test Architect/Test Project Manager.
- Proven track record in web-based application testing and solid knowledge of .NET-based systems.
- Project Management experience in managing a team of testers, QA engineers and other project team members.
- Strong understanding of testing in the finance or payroll domain (compliance, calculations, workflows, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and test management tools.
- Expertise in performance, security, and API testing techniques.
