Key Responsibilities:
- Lead testing teams on large-scale IT project implementations at a state government level.
- Implement testing automation and analyze test cases.
- Conduct implementation and testing in Salesforce.
- Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) services to a US state government agency.
- Assist with support services, testing, analysis, and implementation.
Key Skills:
- 7+ years' experience leading testing teams on large-scale IT projects.
- 5+ years' experience in testing automation and test case analysis.
- 3+ years' experience with Salesforce implementation and testing.
- 3+ years' experience providing UAT services to a US state government agency.
- 2+ years' experience working with a Missouri State Government Agency preferred.
- Knowledge of childcare or education data systems.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in government or public sector environments.
- ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation Level or Advanced Level).
