Summary: The role of Test Analyst involves working on a large digital transformation programme focused on Dynamics 365. The position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in various testing phases and familiarity with web applications and CRM systems. The contract is initially for three months and is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Glasgow. The candidate should possess specific technical skills related to testing and database querying.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct various phases of testing including System Test, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Performance Testing, and Operational Acceptance Testing.
- Test web applications and/or CRM systems.
- Write SQL statements or use other database query languages or tools.
- Utilize MS D365 CE or D365 F&O in testing processes.
- Employ SmartBear Testing tools such as TestComplete, Zephyr, and ReadyAPI.
- Test APIs/Web Services as needed.
- Implement Test Automation where applicable.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable knowledge of different phases of testing.
- Experience with web applications and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in writing SQL statements or using other database query languages/tools.
- Experience with MS D365 CE or D365 F&O.
- Familiarity with SmartBear Testing tools (TestComplete, Zephyr, ReadyAPI).
- Experience with APIs/Web Services.
- Knowledge of Test Automation.
