Key Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases across functional, UAT, and integration testing phases

- Guide internal HR and payroll users through testing processes
- Support payroll parallel run testing and validation
- Track testing progress, report issues, and contribute to go-live readiness
- Ensure quality, consistency, and evidence across all test cycles

We’re supporting a leading UK organisation as they move into the critical testing phase of a global Dayforce implementation. The Test Strategy is already written and now we’re looking for a hands-on Dayforce Test Analyst to execute the plan and guide the client through functional testing, UAT, and payroll parallel runs. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who knows Dayforce, understands the importance of structure, and can keep testing on track across multiple stakeholders.
