Location: Fully Remote (UK) Contract Length: 12 months minimum Rate: £500 - £600 per day (Inside IR35) Start Date: Immediate

The Role: We are seeking a self-sufficient Senior Temporary Works Designer to check and approve designs across major rail and infrastructure projects. You will be expected to hit the ground running on high-profile schemes such as the Transpennine Route Upgrade (TRU), Piccadilly Line Upgrades, and Sizewell C.

Essential Requirements:

  • Significant temporary works experience in the rail sector.
  • Must be an existing CRE (Contractor's Responsible Engineer) or be a Chartered Engineer with extensive rail experience who can be quickly nominated.
