Our client is seeking a Part-time Temporary HRIS Data Analyst to collaborate closely with the HR Operations Manager in providing vital support to their benefits department. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of benefit-related processes.


Key Responsibilities:


Monthly Benefit Reconciliation: Manage the reconciliation of monthly benefit invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.


Establishing Reconciliation Processes: Develop and implement effective reconciliation processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.


Conducting Audits: Perform regular audits of benefits data to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.


Resolving Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies found during audits, maintaining clear documentation of findings and actions taken.


HRIS Updates: Regularly update the HRIS to reflect accurate benefits information and ensure it aligns with current data.


Building Dashboards and Reports: Create comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide insights into benefits utilization and trends, aiding decision-making.


Candidate Requirements:


A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role, with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting.


Proficiency in auditing and reconciliation processes, as well as data analytics.


Advanced Excel skills are essential, including the ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets.


HR experience is a plus, providing additional context and understanding of benefits operations.


Additional Details:


Duration: This is a project assignment lasting 1-2 months.


Location: This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and convenience.


Compensation: The pay range for this role is $40/hr. $48/hr., commensurate with experience.
