We're looking for an experienced Technology Lead to drive a major AWS cloud modernisation programme, transforming Legacy Java applications into scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role combining architecture, software engineering, DevOps, database expertise and stakeholder engagement.
You'll lead the design and delivery of modern AWS-based platforms, guide engineering teams, shape technical strategy and act as a trusted advisor throughout the transformation journey.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years experience with AWS cloud architecture
- Hands-on expertise with ECS, Fargate, Lambda & API Gateway
- 10+ years professional experience in Java, Spring Boot & REST APIs
- Experience building microservices and serverless solutions
- Strong knowledge of DynamoDB and PostgreSQL/Aurora PostgreSQL
- Hands-on CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Docker & Terraform
- Experience with cloud migration and application modernisation
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
