Summary: 3Core Systems, Inc is seeking a Techno Functional PeopleSoft GL Analyst for a remote position. The role involves supporting user issues, maintaining configurations, assisting with period-end activities, and conducting system testing. Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve user issues related to journal entries, ledger balancing, and period close activities
- Investigate and correct errors in posted journals
- Maintain Chart Fields (e.g., account codes, departments, etc.)
- Support configuration of ledger groups, journal sources, and journal edit/post processes
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Ensure timely posting and reconciliation of journals
- Support system upgrades, patches, and fixes
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Generate and validate General Ledger reports such as trial balances and account analysis using PS Query
- Support data integrations with other systems
Key Skills:
- 10+ years working with PeopleSoft GL, preferably in highly customized environments
- Experience with ledger, security, and configuration
- Ability to work remotely and be available between 9-5 PM EST
- Strong troubleshooting and user support skills
- Experience with system testing and reporting

Client is Running PS 9.2 and Tools 8.61
Focus is on Ledger , security and configuration.
Functional Technical PeopleSoft GL Analyst
- Experience: 10+ years working with PS GL (experience in highly customized environments is desirable)
- Location: Remote (can work from if local to NYC)
- Hours: Should be available between 9-5 PM EST (potentially after hours and weekends during close time frame)
- Effort: 35 hours a week
- Engagement length: July- Sept 30, 2025 (with potential for extension)
Responsibilities:
