Should have good background in data engineering/analytics (Eg. Informatica, Databricks, Oracle, Power BI etc.) and healthcare-payer experience, with strong client communication skills. Strong communication skills and presence is important along with data fabric and architecture knowledge. Should be able to hustle, program manage and understand the data ecosystem.
We need Senior Manager/AD/D level profiles strong leadership capabilities are important. Looking for a very strong leader, who is strategic, understands data fabric- design and architecture, who can manage development teams, and has healthcare exp.
Position requirements:
- Strong Techno functional lead
- Proven experience designing and implementing Data Fabric - data ingestion, integration solutions, Data Governance & management, Orchestration/Automation (DevOps)
- Strong proficiency in leading and mentoring technical teams, driving architecture best practices, and ensuring high-quality data solutions delivery
- Expertise in modern data architecture frameworks, including data warehouses, data quality, and publishing for consumption
- Must have: Hands-on experience with Databricks, Informatica IDMC, PowerCenter for big data processing, analytics, and collaborative development
