Must-Have Skills
- 4–6 years of professional technical writing experience producing technical documentation, specifications, methodologies, research reports, or policy documentation in healthcare consulting, government, or similarly regulated industries.
- 4–6 years of Medicare policy experience with the ability to interpret and summarize CMS publications, including Advance Notices, Final Rules, and Reports to Congress.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts and healthcare payment models into clear documentation, presentations, white papers, SOPs, and decision logs.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience documenting statistical methodologies and supporting value-based care, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or healthcare payment models.
- Experience working with data scientists, actuaries, clinicians, or health economists. Master’s degree in public health or public policy preferred.
