Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation such as user guides, API docs, developer resources, SOPs, and product manuals
• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather accurate and up-to-date information
• Writing clear, concise, and user-friendly content tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Contributing to internal knowledge bases, onboarding guides, or policy documentation
• Ensuring consistency in voice, style, and formatting across all deliverables
• Managing documentation workflows using tools like Confluence, Git, Notion, Markdown, or ReadMe
• Adapting and updating content in response to new product features, software releases, or internal process changes
• Auditing and optimizing existing documentation for accuracy and usability

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in technical writing, documentation, or product content
• Proficiency with tools like GitHub, Confluence, Markdown, Notion, or API documentation platforms
• Ability to quickly understand technical systems, software products, or workflows
