- Advocate for user clarity and accessibility
- Contribute to the design of the documentation portal
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Technical Communication, Engineering, English, or related field
- 8+ years of technical writing experience
- 2+ years in a senior or lead role
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent writing and problem-solving skills
- MadCap Flare: Already built and implemented
- Other Tools: MS Project
- Version Control: Git preferred
- CI/CD Knowledge: Jenkins or similar tools preferred
