Summary: The Technical Writer for Digital Banking Platforms is responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive API documentation and technical specifications for file transmission formats. This role involves collaboration with product managers to understand technical requirements and support business implementation managers in delivering client-facing documentation. The position is remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation
• Create technical specifications for file transmission formats (NACHA, SWIFT MT messages, etc)
• Work closely with product managers to understand technical requirements
• Contribute to Business Implementation managers' readiness and execution to deliver client-facing documentation
• Clear documentation for API and Direct transmission based on project needs for client and internal associates
• Working with BIM and Product Managers to understand change and create documents to support change
• Evaluate performance based on feedback from client-facing team

Key Skills:

• Experience in technical writing, particularly for API documentation
• Understanding of file transmission formats such as NACHA and SWIFT MT messages
• Strong collaboration skills with product managers and business implementation teams
• Ability to create clear and concise documentation
