Summary: The Technical Solutions Consultant role involves providing expert technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams within a global technology company. The consultant will troubleshoot technical issues related to digital advertising solutions and ensure a high-quality client experience. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment. The role is fully remote and is offered as a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop deep technical knowledge of digital advertising products and provide consultative guidance to clients and internal sales teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the use of advertising platforms and tools
- Identify, document, and escalate potential bugs to product and engineering teams, following through to resolution
- Deliver a high-quality client experience by ensuring timely support, clear communication, and adherence to service-level agreements
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and improve support efficiency
Key Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries
- Proven experience in technical troubleshooting and ticket escalation
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with advertising technologies (pixels, ad servers, auctions, delivery systems)
- Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP
- Experience using SQL and RESTful APIs for data access or integrations

Overview: I’m currently partnered with an innovative global technology company who are seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to join the team and play a key role in supporting clients and internal teams through expert technical guidance, troubleshooting, and scaled service delivery. Acting as a trusted technical point of contact, you’ll help clients make the most of their digital advertising solutions, offering best-practice advice and resolving technical challenges with efficiency and professionalism. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, have a strong analytical mindset, and enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
