Summary: Atrium Global is looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to provide expert-level support and consultancy to major advertisers within a high-performing technical services team. The role involves troubleshooting complex advertising technology challenges and delivering exceptional client experiences. Candidates should have significant experience in the AdTech or Digital Advertising industry, with a strong technical background. This position is primarily remote but may require onsite work based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical expertise in digital advertising products and provide best practice guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to advertising tools, pixels, ad delivery, and catalogue integrations.
  • Escalate product bugs and collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Deliver a premium client experience by adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimise and automate workflows and support processes.
  • Manage a small number of complex technical support tickets weekly, prioritising quality and precision.

Key Skills:

  • 5–7 years of experience, with at least 2+ years in the AdTech or Digital Advertising industry within a technical support or solutions role.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP.
  • Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, and delivery systems.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • NICE TO HAVE: Experience working with major advertising tools or platforms, exposure to Google Tag Manager, data analysis experience, previous experience in a major technology or AdTech organisation, a second European language (helpful but not required).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Onsite Requirements: Primarily remote; however, onsite work may be required if the role involves exposure to sensitive data or prototype-related projects.

Engagement Type: Via PAYE

Hourly Rate: £40.38 per hour
