Summary: The Technical Recruitment Business Partner role focuses on recruiting contract professionals within the technology sector, emphasizing daily rate engagements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
  • Specialise in sourcing and hiring for technical roles (e.g. software engineering, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity)
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the technology space
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends to stakeholders
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and performance

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, talent partner, or recruitment business partner
  • Strong background in technology/IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Demonstrated success hiring for technical roles across various levels
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong sourcing capability, including use of LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
  • Commercially aware with the ability to advise on hiring strategies
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, communicating progress and updates regularly
  • Passionate about delivering a high-quality recruitment experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or scaling organisation
  • Knowledge of tech market trends and emerging skill sets

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our team, specialising in technology recruitment. This is a key role where you will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across a range of tech-focused roles. You will act as a trusted advisor, while managing end-to-end hiring processes within a very fast-paced and evolving tech environment, as well as take on other ad hoc roles as and when required.
