Summary: The Technical Recruiter role at a fast-growing Staffing & IT Consulting firm focuses on sourcing and recruiting talent in the Life Sciences, Medical Devices, and Biotech sectors. The position requires engaging with candidates and managing the recruitment lifecycle to connect skilled professionals with innovative companies. This is a full-time remote position based in the SFO/Bay Area, CA. The recruiter will work closely with account and hiring managers to meet client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for positions in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, and Biotech using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards/platforms.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future client needs.
- Partner with account managers and hiring managers to understand role requirements and client expectations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruiting activity using ATS/CRM systems and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines.
Key Skills:
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Biotech staffing.
- Proven success sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Strong understanding of technical/scientific roles (engineers, scientists, quality/regulatory, manufacturing, etc.).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar) is a plus.
