Summary: The Internal Tech Recruiter role is a fully remote, 2-month contract position focused on sourcing high-quality permanent talent for technical teams within a globally recognized entertainment company. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles such as Developers and DevOps Engineers while collaborating with key stakeholders. Proven experience in technical recruitment and stakeholder engagement is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and interview candidates for technical positions including Developers and DevOps Engineers.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Partner effectively with technical teams to understand hiring needs.
- Utilize Workday ATS for recruitment processes (highly desirable).

Our globally recognised entertainment client is seeking an experienced Internal Technical Recruiter to join them on a short-term contract, focused on sourcing high-quality permanent talent for their technical teams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hiring for roles such as Developers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical positions. You'll be confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and interviewing through to offer management and onboarding-while building strong relationships and partnering effectively with key stakeholders across the business.
