Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a Mercor Project Lead in coordinating project operations and managing workflows.

  • Respond to expert support tickets and lead targeted follow-ups as needed.
  • Host office hours and develop Q&A documentation once projects reach a steady state.
  • Distribute project metrics emails, issue reminders or warnings, and nudge experts as needed.
  • Perform first-round data QA, often in collaboration with lead reviewers.

Engagement Details

Fully remote work around your schedule. $50/hr (USD) compensation. Weekly payout via Stripe Connect based on logged hours. Classified as an "at-will" contractor to Mercor. Direct mentorship from an experienced Mercor Strategic Project Lead. Initial scope varies by project; strong contributors may be offered evergreen contracts. We cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
