Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery for cross-functional teams
- Coach teams and leadership on Agile (SAFe) best practices
- Improve DevOps and CI/CD processes alongside engineering teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, UX, and engineering
- Identify and remove technical/process blockers
- Track Agile metrics and drive continuous improvement
Key Skills:
- 10+ years in Agile environments, 5+ as PM
- Proven Workday/ERP implementation experience
- Technical background (DevOps, cloud AWS/Azure)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with tools like JIRA, ADO, Confluence
- Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) preferred
