Technical Project Manager (m/f/x)- Freelance // Remote
Summary: The role is for a Freelance Technical Project Manager to support a German customer in their ongoing project, with an immediate start required. The position involves full-time work in a payment and e-commerce environment, focusing on the interface between business and engineering. The contract is for three months with potential extensions, and fluency in English is necessary for effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface between Business and Engineering
- Translation of technical requirements into business requirements and vice versa
- Gathering, prioritising, and communicating requirements in the payment environment
- Close collaboration with technical stakeholders and engineering teams
- Ensuring that technical requirements and dependencies are correctly understood and implemented
- End-to-end responsibility for communicating and coordinating requirements between all involved parties
Key Skills:
- Strong technical background and at least 5 years of Software Engineering career in roles such as Technical Project Manager, Software Engineer or Software Architect.
- Demonstrable experience in similar e-commerce and SaaS Environments- references will be requested if you want to apply for this role.
- Can confidently handle topics such as:
- Microservices
- APIs
- System architectures
- Integrations of Technical platform and payment processes
- Experience in payments and/or FinTech environments
- Understanding of KYC, compliance, and GDPR requirements
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
