Required Qualifications
- Typically with 6+ years of experience. Bachelor's Degree. 4+ with a Master's Degree
- Experience leading complex, crossfunctional programs in operational or presales environments
- Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities and high stakeholder visibility
- Background working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams
- Familiarity with governance frameworks, intake models, or enterprise operating models is a plus
- Strong program and project management discipline, with the ability to drive structure in ambiguous environments
- Excellent risk, issue, and dependency management skills, with a bias toward proactive mitigation
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, executiveready insights
