  • Lead the end-to-end decommissioning and retirement of legacy Infrastructure, including physical/virtual servers, storage arrays, and network hardware.
  • Orchestrate complex application shutdowns across Operations and Engineering teams, ensuring all data archiving and deletion policies are strictly met.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies within Shared Hosting environments and Cloud migrations to ensure zero business disruption.
  • Drive project momentum by proactively identifying risks, tracking milestones, and delivering high-level status reporting to senior technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee large-scale IT estate optimization, focusing on system shutdowns and infrastructure lifecycle management.
