Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple infrastructure transformation projects, ensuring time, cost, scope and quality targets are met.
  • Own project planning, governance, risk management and executive reporting.
  • Provide oversight of technical delivery, working closely with engineers, InfoSec teams and vendors to meet architectural and security standards.
  • Manage stakeholders across IT leadership, business teams and third-party suppliers.
  • Coordinate vendors and partners, ensuring contracts, SLAs and deliverables are achieved.
  • Oversee change, cutover, testing and service transition to minimise business disruption.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts and resource costs.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams and deputise for the Director of Internal IT and Operational Change when required.

  • Extensive experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or technology transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of modern infrastructure (cloud, SaaS, Azure, AI-enabled environments).
  • Ability to interpret technical designs, manage dependencies and integrate disparate systems.

ROLE: Technical Programme Manager Role

LENGTH: 12 Months FTC

LOCATION: Remote - occasional travel to London office

PAY: up to £80,000 per annum depending on experience
