Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for cybersecurity solution implementations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams to keep projects aligned and on track.
  • Develop project plans, track milestones, manage risks, and maintain clear communication throughout the engagement.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Engineering to ensure delivery success.
  • Translate technical requirements into actionable tasks and ensure transparency for all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of professional service offerings, especially for complex integrations with SIEMs (e.g., Splunk, Elastic), SOAR tools, packet brokers, and threat detection workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing and documenting best practices and lessons learned.
