Summary: The Technical Project Manager (Cybersecurity) role involves leading the delivery of advanced cybersecurity solutions for a growing firm, focusing on client engagement and project execution. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes from onboarding to operational integration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical project management, particularly within cybersecurity or IT infrastructure. This is a 6-month remote contract position aligned with UAE business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for cybersecurity solution implementations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams to keep projects aligned and on track.
  • Develop project plans, track milestones, manage risks, and maintain clear communication throughout the engagement.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Engineering to ensure delivery success.
  • Translate technical requirements into actionable tasks and ensure transparency for all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of professional service offerings, especially for complex integrations with SIEMs (e.g., Splunk, Elastic), SOAR tools, packet brokers, and threat detection workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing and documenting best practices and lessons learned.

  • 5+ years in technical project management or professional services roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex cybersecurity or IT infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable engaging with both engineers and executives.
