As a dynamic and rapidly expanding organisation, we combine clinical excellence with commercial innovation to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. From NHS partnerships to private services, we’re redefining what accessible, ethical and effective mental health support can look like, and building clinical pathways that are robust, evidence-based and genuinely life-changing. The Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Technical Project & Implementation Manager to lead a critical programme of digital transformation across RTN Mental Health. This role will suit someone who combines strong project delivery skills with a practical, hands-on approach. You will be confident working across technical, operational and non-technical teams, bringing clarity, structure and momentum to complex change. Above all, you will help build the systems, processes and governance needed to support a growing healthcare organisation, while ensuring change is delivered in a way that is collaborative, well-documented and supportive for staff.
