Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of contractual obligations for the client.
  • Manage asset verification and data validation delivery.
  • Oversee the subcontractor partner and manage all output submissions to the client.
  • Own and manage the governance for the programme, including status meetings.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior customer representatives.
  • Manage a register of missed assets or sites to be completed during BAU.
  • Lead weekly calls with both the client and the ISS Senior Leadership Team.
  • Report on variations to the programme on a weekly basis.
  • Manage the team producing outputs and reporting at various stages in the processes.
  • Support and advise on the development of the Taxonomy as the programme progresses.

12 month FTC with scope of going perm Senior level salary plus car/allowance Mon to Fri Home based role with only irregular travel Here at ISS, as a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are looking to recruit a Programme Lead to join one of our largest accounts - a Government Maintenance - contract where we provide full Facilities Management services. A key element to our service delivery is a robust Data Management team who collect and manage data relating to the client's estate by our sub contractor. This data specifically pertains to Mechanical, Electrical assets across the estate which help inform ISS around informed maintenance activities. The correct management and communication of this data is the role of the Programme Lead, working closely with the ISS Data Team, Senior Director, end client and the sub contractor. The volume and criticality of these relationships means you will need to be a very strong manager and influencer, able to manage and push back against obstruction internally and externally. You will also need to promote collaboration, mediate disagreements and promote further commercial gain for ISS. In short, while we are looking for an established Programme Lead, the key requirement beyond this is a very confident leadership and mediation approach. We are happy to consider this from a variety of backgrounds. Any experience of Facilities Management Engineering SF20 standards is desirable but not required.

  • Manage the output data of the surveys for timely submission and adherence to the scope
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels including the senior customer representative for Asset Management
  • Manage a register of missed assets or sites to be completed during BAU
  • Lead the weekly calls with both the client and the ISS SLT
  • Manage and report on variations to the programme on a weekly basis such as additional buildings that come within scope, buildings that are taken out of scope, additional GIA or issues with access and the need for re-visits
  • Manage the team producing the outputs reporting at various stages in the processes
  • Manage the handover to the ISS Asset & Data Team change process for asset and data changes
  • Support and advise on the development of the Taxonomy as the programme progresses
