Summary: We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (IC5) to join a high-performing platform team within a leading global social media company. The role focuses on delivering enterprise-grade identity, access management, security, and platform reliability solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical program management experience and strong communication skills, with a proven ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the delivery of complex technical programs focused on Enterprise Identity & Access Management, Threat Intelligence and Security, and Platform System Reliability and Performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams across the UK and US.
- Own the end-to-end program lifecycle, from initiation to completion and retrospectives.
- Manage project risks, issues, and escalations proactively.
- Prepare and present status updates and reports to leadership.
- Coordinate resources and manage project scope and timelines.
- Support strategy alignment and ensure platform decisions meet evolving product requirements.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in program management, ideally in identity, security, or system reliability.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Google Suite, and other project management software.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Industry experience in banking, fintech, or large-scale technology companies is desirable.
