Summary: The Technical Program Manager will lead enterprise-level Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects, focusing on the migration to Okta. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large scale initiatives aimed at building new products or platforms for the client.
  • Manage the enterprise-wide migration to Okta, ensuring scalable architecture goals while minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Manage the full life cycle of key programs including coordination of detailed functional plans, communication with key stakeholders, and issue resolution.
  • Create awareness of cross-functional inter-dependencies and establish prioritization for plan execution to minimize disruption on daily operations.
  • Drive the strategic planning and execution of high-impact programs within Enterprise Technology teams, collaborating closely with infrastructure and cross-functional groups.
  • Drive operational process improvements across the organization.

Kforce has a client that is looking for a Technical Program Manager with expertise working on enterprise level Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. This is a W2 hourly contract opportunity and can be worked 100% remote within the U.S.

* Manage the full life cycle of key programs including coordination of detailed functional plans, communication with key stakeholders, and issue resolution
* Create awareness of cross-functional inter-dependencies and establish prioritization for plan execution to minimize disruption on daily operations

REQUIREMENTS:
* ~7+ years Technical Project/Program Management experience
* Experienced Technical Program Manager with strong enterprise-scale program delivery, stakeholder management, and ability to operate in ambiguity

* Comfortable engaging VP/SVP/CTO-level stakeholders
* Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management, with a focus on driving adoption for large-scale technical migrations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
