Summary: The role of Technology Programme Manager involves leading a high-impact technology transformation programme resulting from the merger of two prominent UK brands. You'll bring a pragmatic, hands-on delivery mindset with sharp stakeholder management skills and able to deliver at scale and pace.
Day-to-day AND Key Projects You'll Lead: Owning the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent workstreams, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the future of our technology estate across infrastructure, applications, operations, and security. Initial projects to be delivered include:
- Technology Debt remediation and Operational Resilience uplift
- IT Operations Management (IToM) enhancements
- Data Centre lift and shift
- Application transformation and consolidation
- Cyber security uplift and control alignment
- Operations Technology synergies across merged entities
