Summary: Our client is looking for an experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to lead a strategic technical program focused on global FX payments and AI-based implementations. This fully remote role is a 6-month contract inside IR35, with potential for extensions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical program management and a proven track record of delivering complex programs. Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex global technical programs.
  • Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Drive program level agile ceremonies (SoS, Sprint reviews, Meta Scrum, Retrospect).
  • Manage sprint teams.
  • Create and maintain program plan.
  • Oversee vendor projects to drive timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Drive adherence to change management process.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong experience in technical program management, with a focus on global financial technology or FX payments being a plus.
  • Proven success in leading and delivering large-scale, complex technical programs on a global scale.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional professional maturity, proactiveness, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience using Atlassian suite, Smartsheet, Lucid chart, and/or Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with international payments regulations and compliance (preferred).
  • Experience supporting AI implementation projects, specifically OslerAI (preferred).

As a key member of our TPM team, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our FX payments initiative globally. This role focuses on supporting a key AI-based implementation program.
