Summary: The Technical Program Manager IV role involves leading a platform team to develop enterprise identity and safety features while ensuring alignment with product teams and evolving requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Platform team building client’s first enterprise identity and related safety features.
  • Work with product teams to ensure alignment with platform, develop technical roadmaps and ensure that platform decisions are continuously updated and aligned with evolving requirements of products.
  • Spearhead the safety strategy for client’s enterprise offering, leveraging data to gather threat intelligence, working with cross-functional partners to build controls while minimizing user friction, and implementing robust risk mitigation strategies to keep customers safe.
  • Oversee system reliability and quality of the platform, ensuring prompt issue resolution and driving escalations to meet strict performance and reliability commitments effectively.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in technical program management, project management, or a related domain.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.

Role Overview

At client, a Technical Program Manager (TPM) is accountable for timely and efficient execution of technical programs at quality. TPMs leverage their technical expertise, thought leadership, and strategic influence to identify and solve problems, drive alignments across a wide XFN and increase efficiency to deliver business impact at scale.
