Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee high-visibility web properties within our web strategy and integrated marketing organization. The role involves managing cross-functional teams through digital product launches and marketing campaigns, ensuring operational rigor and end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage end-to-end delivery for product launches and campaigns, establishing workback schedules, dependency management, and quality assurance/governance metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and alignment between internal marketing, design, engineering teams, and external vendors.
- Drive operational excellence by developing, rolling out, and maintaining standardized templates, processes, SLAs, and launch playbooks.
- Ensure all web properties adhere to rigorous quality, accessibility, privacy, and compliance standards through structured release testing.
Key Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in technical web project or program management, overseeing end-to-end delivery.
- 8-10 years of experience managing complex communications with diverse, cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- 8-10 years of experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns or digital web operations, including hands-on exposure to CMS platforms.
- Demonstrated track record utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies and navigating the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Prior experience managing enterprise-level web properties and large-scale digital product launches.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, ClickUp, and standardized ticketing systems.
- A college degree in a relevant or related business/technical field is preferred.
