Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and support of the SAPC system for managing product-related information and APIs.
  • Design and create product catalogs; ensure alignment with digital transformation goals.
  • Understand process, and validate API data; utilize Postman and other tools for API testing and workflows.
  • Engage with LatAm clients; effectively communicating in Spanish and Portuguese is an added advantage.
  • Collaborate with LatAm teams and global stakeholders for alignment and communication.
  • Support new product introduction workflows and integration into PIM systems.
  • Manage product data loads between systems and oversee data model mapping and metadata governance.
  • Create and maintain user stories; acceptance criteria; manage backlog and sprint priorities in alignment with team goals.
  • Work across teams to identify, triage, and resolve issues related to product and data flows.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years of industry experience; strong understanding of catalog management; SAP-C/Hybris experience is a big plus.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is an added advantage.
  • Technical Skills/Knowledge: SAPC (Required), PIM (Required), Informatica MDM (Good to have), Skilled in API integrations (Required), data flows (Required), and utilizing tools like Postman (Critical); collaborate with developers (Critical).
