Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting and business requirements
- Translate requirements into clear, actionable User Stories with detailed Acceptance Criteria
- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to drive report creation, using database queries and reporting tools
- Provide technical and functional leadership in initiatives involving Twilio IVR and reporting (Twilio Studio, Flex, Insights)
- Effectively manage relationships with demanding stakeholders, ensuring alignment and delivery
- Take full ownership of tasks and deliverables, independently managing timelines and priorities
Key Skills:
- Twilio IVR experience (end-to-end implementation and/or support)
- Healthcare domain experience is a must in all recent projects
- Strong hands-on experience with databases and query writing (SQL)
- Exposure to Twilio Insights Reporting is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
