Source Systems Data Universe Power BI Reports
The primary responsibility is ensuring data is correctly mapped and displayed throughout the process. A significant portion of the role involves troubleshooting issues such as:
- Missing data in reports
- Incorrect values appearing in Power BI
- Data not mapping as expected
- Blank fields or unexpected report outputs
- Investigating why data disappeared or failed to flow correctly
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate data mappings
- Troubleshoot integration issues
- Perform testing when mapping tables change
- Validate new lines of business and related data configurations
- Support Power BI reporting and end users
- Help business users locate and understand available data
Power BI proficiency is essential
A strong understanding of insurance is highly preferred.
