Technical Product Owner – Labeling

We are looking for a technically strong Product Owner to own the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of the enterprise labeling capability. This role will work closely with Rey and the broader program team to understand the current labeling landscape, define the future-state strategy, and drive standardization and consolidation across sites.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating at the intersection of product management, technology, manufacturing, and Quality, with enough technical depth to shape solutions rather than simply manage business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical and product direction for the enterprise labeling capability.
• Assess the current labeling applications, platforms, architecture, and integrations across manufacturing sites.
• Work across multiple labeling technologies and platforms, with Loftware and ROBAR experience strongly preferred.
• Define the future-state labeling strategy, including opportunities for consolidation and standardization.
• Evaluate the existing landscape and recommend a scalable, enterprise-level labeling platform/model.
• Translate manufacturing and Quality requirements into technical capabilities, features, and a prioritized product roadmap.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Manufacturing/Site teams, Quality, vendors, and program leadership.
• Understand manufacturing environments and the integrations/dependencies surrounding labeling systems, including upstream/downstream applications.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical priorities, program dependencies, and cutover requirements.
• Drive alignment across sites and stakeholders to support the overall labeling transformation and cutover program.
• Identify technical risks, gaps, dependencies, and opportunities within the current labeling ecosystem.
• Provide technical/product leadership throughout solution definition, implementation, testing, and rollout.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong experience as a Technical Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or Product Manager within an enterprise manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on understanding of labeling systems and technologies, preferably Loftware and/or ROBAR.
• Experience working with enterprise manufacturing applications, integrations, and site-level technology environments.
• Ability to understand application architecture and translate business/manufacturing needs into technical solutions.
• Experience driving technology rationalization, platform consolidation, standardization, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Quality and manufacturing processes and their technology dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business, technology, architecture, engineering, and vendor teams.
• Strong product ownership experience, including roadmap development, backlog prioritization, requirements definition, and delivery management.
