About the role
As a Technical Product Owner , you will be primarily responsible for building and owning the backlog of enhancements to the AWS Connect platform. You will also understand the product strategic direction and how these align to our broader business priorities. Collaboration is key, you will work with our data science and engineering teams ensuring the successful delivery of the backlog, measuring and reporting on results to demonstrate business value.
