Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product delivery from idea to prototype, to delivery and client activation
- Conduct product research and gather feedback from customers
- Lead demos, wireframes and rapid prototyping
- Help prioritise features and track progress with the team
- Support project management and day-to-day coordination across the technical team
- Translate scientific research and data insights into real product decisions
- Ensure fast feedback loops between customer needs and development efforts
Key Skills:
- Strong background in science, engineering or a relevant technical field in our GTM space
- Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines or signal processing workflows is a plus
- Experience working on complex digital products, ideally in health, AI, gaming or music-tech
- Skilled in discovery interviews, insight synthesis and feature mapping
- Successful experience working in a start up environment, taking a product from MVP to revenues
- Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment with ambiguity and ambition
- Confident leading cross-functional, collaborative teams and pushing towards MVPs

You’ll work closely with product, science and engineering functions to transform complex ideas into clear customer value. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is excited by the challenge of building something new from the ground up. This role reports to the CEO, CTO and works closely with the Science Lead and Commercial Director.
