Key Responsibilities:

- Champion agile ways of working, driving continuous improvement and high-quality delivery.
- Balance stakeholder demands with platform capabilities and technical constraints.
- Use data and metrics to inform product decisions and improvements.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager in an agile software delivery environment.
- Strong background in dashboard or data-driven product development.
- Experience working within or alongside public sector organisations.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft-based or Windows legacy systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and technical understanding; experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) desirable.
