Summary: The Technical Product Manager will oversee the execution of an AI Content Intelligence platform, focusing on data pipelines and content management systems. This role involves collaboration with architecture, data engineering, and content operations teams to enhance content findability and accuracy. The position is fully remote and requires experience with customer-facing products and data platforms. AI experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the problem space across content ingestion, metadata, governance, analytics/quality scoring, author workflows, knowledge graph, agentic creation, and governance-focused internal search.
- Partner with content, product, and search leaders to define a unified content and metadata model.
- Assist product teams in transitioning from policy-by-people to policy-enforced-by-technology via AI tooling.
- Define phase-by-phase KPIs and north star outcomes.
- Translate strategy into clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution documents for capabilities including ingestion pipelines, metadata services, schema/ontology, and knowledge graph services.
- Define governance automation: content lifecycle, duplication detection, staleness checks, voice/tone/style validation, and policy enforcement via agents.
- Stand up author and reviewer workflows integrated with authoring tools.
- Ensure access control compliance.
- Ship increments across pre-defined phases.
- Define and monitor product analytics and evaluation frameworks.
- Communicate status, risks, and tradeoffs to VP+ stakeholders; keep the roadmap crisp and outcomes-oriented.
Key Skills:
- Experience managing customer-facing or user-facing products.
- Solid experience delivering data platforms, data pipelines, and content systems.
- Familiarity with AI and conversational experience is a plus.

One of our direct client is looking for Technical Product Manager (AI Stream project, Data pipelines & content platforms/CMS, user-facing consumer products) - Open for 100% Remote.
NOTE:
- The TPM should know how to manage customer-facing or user-facing products or consumer-style products (like training portals, e-learning systems, or SaaS tools, Conversational Experience).
- Solid experience delivering Data platforms, good with data pipelines, Content Systems and AI/Conversational Experience.
- AI Experience is a plus because they are definitely building AI capabilities into the product (conversational AI, AI-powered learning) but not a must have.
