Summary: We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to support a State Maintenance & Operations project. The role involves leading technical design, development, enhancements, and production support of Power Platform solutions while ensuring compliance with Florida state standards and policies. The position is remote and focuses on guiding the team and overseeing various technical aspects of the project. This is a long-term contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Technical Lead for Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Lead development and support of Power Automate workflows, approvals, and integrations.
  • Guide team on Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) development and best practices.
  • Support Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modeling and performance optimization.
  • Oversee SQL development and data integrations supporting Power Platform solutions.
  • Review code, enforce standards, and ensure quality and security compliance.
  • Support release management, deployments, and production readiness.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and runbooks.
  • Mentor developers and ensure knowledge transfer.

Key Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud Flows, integrations), Power BI (datasets, reports, dashboards).
