Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end development of web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular
  • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements
  • Review code, enforce best practices, and maintain coding standards
  • Mentor and guide developers, conduct technical training sessions
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
  • Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
  • Proficiency in Angular (v8+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
  • Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

Leadership Skills:

  • Proven experience in leading development teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
