Summary: We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in healthcare technology and clinical workflows to lead cross-functional teams in delivering compliant and scalable healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects related to core healthcare tools, including EHR modules, clinical applications, data integration, and healthcare analytics platforms.
  • Build and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, resource allocation, and risk registers.
  • Drive project execution using Agile/Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Translate complex healthcare requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Coordinate with architects and developers on solution design, data flows, and system interfaces.
  • Ensure proper integration with healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, HIPAA-compliant architectures, and EHR/EMR interoperability.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or Implementation Manager in healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with HL7/FHIR integrations, healthcare interoperability, and clinical data workflows.
