Summary: We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in healthcare technology and clinical workflows to lead cross-functional teams in delivering compliant and scalable healthcare solutions. The role requires expertise in core healthcare tools, including EHR/EMR systems and interoperability standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects related to core healthcare tools, including EHR modules, clinical applications, data integration, and healthcare analytics platforms.
- Build and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, resource allocation, and risk registers.
- Drive project execution using Agile/Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Translate complex healthcare requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Coordinate with architects and developers on solution design, data flows, and system interfaces.
- Ensure proper integration with healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, HIPAA-compliant architectures, and EHR/EMR interoperability.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or Implementation Manager in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with HL7/FHIR integrations, healthcare interoperability, and clinical data workflows.
- Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and cross-functional projects.
