The role requires a Tecnhical Delivery/Implementation Manager that can lead and support major infrastructure programmes that focus primarily on a large-scale backup re-architecture initiatives, alongside wider tooling and automation across Ansible, Red Hat Satellite and ManageEngine.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery of the backup re-architecture programme across multiple technical teams.
- Support the redesign of backup policies and schedules, aligning protection with service recovery requirements.
- Coordinate Backup/Disaster Recovery activity, including RPO/RTO, dependencies and resilience.
- Support the wider tooling uplift across Ansible, Satellite and ManageEngine.
- Drive standardised/catalogue-based infrastructure builds and automation.
- Manage technical dependencies, risks, issues, milestones and stakeholder engagement.
We're looking for:
- Proven experience delivering enterprise infrastructure transformation programmes.
- Strong Backup and/or Disaster Recovery experience, ideally across transformation, migration or re-architecture programmes.
- Understanding of RPO/RTO and recovery requirements.
- Exposure to Ansible, Red Hat Satellite, ManageEngine or similar tooling.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder, supplier and delivery management experience.
- Technically credible enough to work effectively with engineers and architects without needing to be the hands-on technical SME.
