Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical consulting services related to PACS implementation.
- Troubleshoot DICOM workflow issues effectively.
- Collaborate with Radiology departments to optimize IT informatics.
- Utilize knowledge of healthcare interface standards such as HL7 and DICOM.
- Work with Windows Server and networking concepts including SQL/Oracle.
- Engage with cloud environments and maintain relevant certifications.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Health Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in Technical Consulting or Customer Support.
- Extensive PACS implementation experience.

I am recruiting for a Technical Consultant with extensive experience of PACS. This is a remote role.
The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.
A Bachelor's/Master's Degree of Health Science, Business or Engineering or equivalent is required for this position.
Several years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Technical Consulting, Customer Support, Healthcare Industry.
Extensive expertise of PACS Implementation experience, knowledge of the workflow within a Radiology Department, Radiology IT Informatics Experience is highly preferred.
Healthcare IT/IS experience with previous experience successfully troubleshooting DICOM workflow issues,
Experience with Windows Server and strong knowledge with healthcare interface standards (HL7, DICOM, etc.).
Networking concepts such as SQL/Oracle & experience with Cloud Environments.
Preferred Certification in AWS Cert Path: Cloud Practitioner.
