Summary: The role of Technical Consultant focuses on leveraging expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Business Process Management (BPM) to support enterprise transformation and data-driven process optimization. The consultant will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to design and implement solutions, conduct workshops, and troubleshoot processes. This position is remote and requires fluency in both French and English. The project duration is expected to be over six months, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of MDM and BPM solutions within complex enterprise environments
- Analysis of existing system landscapes, data flows, and process architectures
- Conducting technical workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define target solutions
- Supporting workflow automation, process orchestration, and master data integration activities
- Troubleshooting, optimisation, and support of BPM, integration, and data management processes
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with MDM, BPM, and enterprise workflow technologies
- Good knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, middleware, ESB, and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience with process automation, orchestration, and data governance concepts
- Experience facilitating technical workshops and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Understanding of enterprise architectures, master data structures, and cloud integration scenarios
- Hands-on experience with platforms and technologies such as Informatica, SAP MDG, or similar MDM/BPM platforms

Your main task is to support enterprise transformation and data-driven process optimisation initiatives, including governance, integration, and workflow solutions in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
Tasks:
* Design and implementation of MDM and BPM solutions within complex enterprise environments
* Analysis of existing system landscapes, data flows, and process architectures
* Conducting technical workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define target solutions
