Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of complex software solutions within hospital and clinical environments.
  • Manage server-level deployments, including Windows Server OS configuration, network setup (VLAN, WAN, LAN), and storage integration.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Support teams to ensure project quality and adherence to strict implementation methodologies.
  • Execute data migrations and system upgrades in production environments maintaining zero-downtime procedures and meeting rigorous SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full stack, including shell scripting, database performance, and high-availability configurations.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical server-level role, such as Software Implementation Specialist or 3rd Line Support Engineer.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL (Oracle), Windows System Administration, and Shell Scripting.
  • Proven experience with Virtualisation and High Availability technologies like VMWare, Hyper-V, or Veritas.
  • Solid understanding of Storage Platform technologies (RAID, SAN, NAS) and Network Security protocols (HTTPS, AD, LDAP).
  • Familiarity with Healthcare Imaging systems (RIS, PACS, HIS, DICOM) and a Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
