Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of complex software solutions within hospital and clinical environments.
- Manage server-level deployments, including Windows Server OS configuration, network setup (VLAN, WAN, LAN), and storage integration.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Support teams to ensure project quality and adherence to strict implementation methodologies.
- Execute data migrations and system upgrades in production environments maintaining zero-downtime procedures and meeting rigorous SLAs.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full stack, including shell scripting, database performance, and high-availability configurations.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical server-level role, such as Software Implementation Specialist or 3rd Line Support Engineer.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL (Oracle), Windows System Administration, and Shell Scripting.
- Proven experience with Virtualisation and High Availability technologies like VMWare, Hyper-V, or Veritas.
- Solid understanding of Storage Platform technologies (RAID, SAN, NAS) and Network Security protocols (HTTPS, AD, LDAP).
- Familiarity with Healthcare Imaging systems (RIS, PACS, HIS, DICOM) and a Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
