Summary: The Technical Business Analyst for Wrike Integration will focus on requirements discovery, integration mapping, and technical documentation to facilitate seamless integration between Wrike and various systems. The role involves acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring that integration solutions meet specified requirements. The position requires expertise in API-based integrations and technical documentation. This is a contract role classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run stakeholder interviews/workshops
- Document business processes (current vs future state)
- Define functional & non-functional requirements
- Identify integration triggers, workflows, and edge cases
- Map data fields between Wrike and other systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, etc.)
- Define API payload structures
- Create workflow diagrams
- Document automation logic
- Write detailed integration specs
- Create data flow diagrams
- Define authentication & permission needs
- Support API testing & validation
- Act as liaison between business and engineering
- Support UAT
- Manage change requests
- Ensure implementation matches requirements
Key Skills:
- Experience with API-based integrations
